Flower Essences have been used throughout history, perhaps even from the beginning of time by indigenous people around the globe. It was Dr. Edward Bach (1886-1936) who systemized flower essences into one of the more popularized systems of today. Dr. Bach’s system of healing is based on the emotional affecting the physical, which in his belief eventually contributes to disease. The flower essences were created to flood the body with a positive vibration to off-set the negative one.

Flower Essences are usually administered in a one-ounce glass dropper bottle called a dosage bottle. The common dosage is four drops under the tongue or in a small amount of water, four times a day.
